I had similar situations like a couple of months' delays from closing last year due to covid supply delay. Also the board members will definitely need to provide a better solution for parking issues in the future, but I like the community so far and all of the faculty members were nicely supported/helped especially Salvatore, Stefano, and Rich. Great experience.. from inception till completion... no qualms... of course due to pandemic there was dusruption of supplies...believe thats acrooss the country and globally impacted all of us.. Construction updates were sent timely.. in summary.. good.. thanks a ton...

Was contacted by builder about my review, I didn't respond because they know there layout doesn't supply enough parking for the amount of units that are being built and some board members act as if they own your home. Have to stop writing because if I continue I may drop previous rating I gave. Just found out that owners were told to park off the premises if there isn't enough parking. Don't know how they were able to put up so many units without enough parking. Something isn't right
