Dr. Ashraf is an amazing phychiatrist. He's a great listener, who goes above and beyond for his patients. The young woman who works behind the desk in the Brooklyn office is also amazing.

Terrible staff, extremely disrespectful and the office is so disorganized. If you were their patient and stopped going to the office for couple of months, they would consider you a new patient and not accept you because they don’t accept new patients and it’s completely overwhelming.

I'm giving this office 1 star because Dr. Ashraf is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Unfortunately, I'm convinced that his office staff goes out of their way to make patients miserable! Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had... I relocated to another state recently. I've reached out to both the Brooklyn and Queens office via fax, text and phone, requesting my medical records and I still have not had the opportunity to speak with a human that can help me with this request. It's been almost a month now. At this point, I'm convinced that I need to send a bat-signal directly to Dr. Ashraf to get some assistance.

I love Doctor Ashraf he is a great Doctor
