Lots of cool instruments. The sales associate that helped us was very good and accommodating. I would definitely go back

Yesterday I brought in a guitar I was considering selling, the “Guitar Tech” looked at it for a second and said there was a bend in the neck. This would have been fine, except for the fact that I had already brought this specific guitar to 3 other guitar stores that exact same day and had 3 guitar technicians look at it and confirm that there was in fact no bend and on top of that they gave me offers. I also had it checked the day after they said there was a bend and again I was told that the guitar was perfectly fine and I was also told that this specific location is, in their words, “The worst Sam Ash location, with techs that are not even trained to be techs.” How can you have amateurs who know nothing about guitars diagnosing make believe issues? I will never shop here or direct anyone to shop here. Please get real instrument technicians, how could anyone have any confidence sending anything here to get maintenance, which they over charge for by the way. Please get real techs and stop acting like you guys are doing something incredibly difficult, there are many stores that do their job great and efficiently and you guys are by far on the bottom of that list.

Yes they do
$98 dlls
Hello. I don't work at Sam Ash but I saw a paper when I went there and yes they teach for children. Please call them.
I don't work there you should call Sam ash they will tell you
Anything
It doesn't get crowded and everyone is wearing their masks, also they sanitize all the instruments after you touch them You can going and still practice play guitar
YouTube is the best source to learning
Look online. That will tell. If they don't have it they can order it. Also call.
I just bought a set of strings and the low e is gone Do I have to buy the all set or can I buy the low E only ?
Si also can order it from another store
Pretty Sure
if they sell it
There's a store next door that does repair on electronics, including instruments. Fair price. They fixed two mics for 50 bucks
excellent
Definitely give them a call or visit the nearest store. Good luck!
Everything is case specific. The instrument, the nature of the repair, the extent of the work to be done, the availability of an expert to perform the repair
I am not sure.
Too many questions that need to be answered to provide valuable answer. For example, are you going to be playing bass is part of a club date band? If so, you're going to need a larger speaker.
Recently gotten rid of lots of used equipment sorry nothing left except a bag of drum sticks.
Depends. If you purchased it from sam Ash it's free under your lifetime free set-up warranty. If not, its around 25 for just adjustments to pickup heigh, truss rods, etc. Nut filings are 80
Don't think they do.
Yes we actually do
We have a soft case. I didn't think they would let him carry it on.
You can get repairs and modifications at Sam Ash and a score of other places in the city. The fact is unless your guitar is something really special and unique, your probably better off investing in a new or used quality instrument.
The can set it up but body damage that something u need to go to a luthier for
Sam Ash has a selection. Expect to spend a few hundred for a starter violin, over a thousand for a decent quality one.
They have several prices ... you can see them online, but you can ask for discount
