Rip off! Seriously my least favorite shop in town. About half the employees are rude. They don’t include the 20% tax in their list prices. Worst, they do NOT give you detailed receipts. I’ve been charged probably upwards of $75 for all of the times I didn’t get the advertised discount, because it does NOT come off manually. You have to remind them which discount day it is, and even then they mess it up. Since you don’t have a detailed receipt, you can’t show what you bought or were overcharged. That’s what they’ll tell you later when you do the math, even if you got 10 ft out of the store before realizing it. It was barely knowledged when I came in tonight, waited awhile before anyone behind the window addressed me, found out they had no record of my order, then they refused to honor the price on my receipt sent directly from their email address, and THEN I was accused of lying about being in the service industry. I said that I don’t normally use the service industry discount because I never have my OLCC or food handler’s card on me in my personal time and asked if I needed them. The girl behind the counter said no, if I were “actually” in the food industry, I would always have an OLCC card and food handler‘s card on me. (???) I said it wasn’t a big deal about the discount since I didn’t have proof, but she reminded me again for no reason that I’m apparently not in the food service industry. Funny thing is I have never had a bad experience at any other shop in town. I haven’t been to the store in a year because of so many bad experiences, and then I come back ONE time because they had a particular CBD product I wanted, and it’s worse than I remember.

Every bud tender and member of staff here is incredibly knowledgeable,courteous and kind. There is one budtender by the name of Crystal who's energy and knowledge of marijuana is immaculate. More workers in this industry should be as upbeat,friendly,informative and especially a great listener the way she is. Thank you again Urban Farmacy.
