I really did have high hopes for this place, but they've done nothing but disappoint me. I started my treatment in August of 2021, when I had to get pallet expanders. It took their lab 6 weeks to manufacture my expanders, but when they tried to fit it in, it didn't fit at all. They took my x-rays again and they sent it to the lab for another expander. Another 6 weeks later, they tried to fit the new expander in, but it didn't fit again. This time, they bent the rings and forced it onto my teeth. During my whole treatment, there was a metal piece of the expanders that they bent to fit on my teeth pressing into my gums. When they tried to bend it back, they cut up my gums and barely moved the metal. By the time I was done turning my expander, about a couple days later, the right side of my expanders detached from my teeth, with the left side still fully cemented. It was late at night, so I had to go in next morning for an SOS appointment. The front desk, being rude, told me that I should've called them before coming in, even though I could barely talk. I tried to text their texting support number, but that didn't work. So, they took out the expander, realizing that they forced it on my teeth the first time. They had to bend it again, forcing it on my teeth. I had to restart my whole turning process, and instead of my expanders taking 4-6 months like they said, it took about 10-11 months. Great. But that's not the only issues they have. Scheduling has to be the worst here. Most of the appointments I make are the latest appointment they have. We are not in the city on weekends, so if we were ever to make a Saturday appointment, we would have to cancel all our plans and stay in the city. I booked a 5:30 appointment one day, and by the time I reached there, the office is locked up and the receptionists are standing outside asking me what I am doing. I told them I had an appointment right now, and they said that the doctor left a long time ago. Great. They told me that my appointment was for 5:00, which it was not, I had an email proving that it was for 5:30. I reschedule that appointment for I don't know how many weeks later, because of course, they are always overbooked. After that appointment, we left for the summer and I had booked an appointment for when we came back, and sure that was probably the very few appointments that went accordingly. From there, I needed to get my bottom braces, so I set up an appointment 6 weeks from that appointment. 6 weeks later, they tell me that they are closed on the day I booked my appointment, and they tell me to reschedule again, a week later. It's Saturday now, and I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes late. In the past, if I was ever late, they would call me and confirm that I was still coming, BEFORE they would cancel my appointment. As I mentioned earlier, we are not in the city on weekends, so we had to cancel all our plans for this appointment. I arrive at the office, and they tell me that it's been 15 minutes so they canceled my appointment. Wonderful, all for a 30 minute appointment. Now I have to reschedule on a school day, and the appointment MUST be in the morning. It cannot be in the evening because it's a "long" appointment. I've had nothing but issues and disappointment since I have begun my treatment here. If you really want to have a smooth, efficient treatment, do not go here.
