Round Lake Campground

Very nice and clean camp ground however the site we got had no flat ground for a large tent so we ended up sleeping on a slope. And bathroom and showers are cleaned throughout the day and are clean however doors to the showers are bend and won't lock so anyone can just walk in on you while showering. Other then the couple issues we had it is a very nice campground.

Clean restrooms with warm showers. Nice visitors center. The visitors center has essentials and a interactive area for kids. The beach is very close walk. Lots of nice trails around the lake. Informational boards along the way. Trash cans are everywhere. The lake is warm and kayaks available to rent. Life jackets available to borrow for free.

Nice friendly staff. Bur 10pm is quite time and they mean it, its nice. Very peaceful here. Nice tent sites, nice trails. We will be staying again every time we are in the area.

Nice clean campground with a number of campsites for RV's and tents. The lake was calm and quite with kids fishing off the dock. We brought our kayaks but ended up doing the hikes around the lake instead. Clean bathrooms with good lighting and free showers. They also have an amphitheater with kid related topics on the weekends and a JR ranger program that kids can do. The only down side is some road noise and train noise but didnt bother us much. We will deffinetly be back.
