I never got to even make an appointment because the receptionist hung up on me before I could. Extremely rude service, do not come here if you care about good customer service. They don’t even know where they are located lol I mentioned off “Towngate crossing shopping center” and she said that’s not where they are located and hung up. If you google the location that’s literally what is stated

This place charged me 1000 $ for just 30 minutes of cleaning my teeth. Before cleaning, they told me full charge of service would be 550$ and I need to pay only 350$ but later on after getting 350$ from me and 380$ from insurance, they are still asking me to pay 200$ more on top of it. How hard is to understand that people earn $ through hard work not by looting the people and mental agony even after paying for the services.

Five stars to 12420 Day St #B4 Moreno Valley CA 92553 location. I wanted to be specific which office made my day. It was a very pleasant experience, very friendly staff, very patient and understanding. Every single staff member in that office made my visit a pleasant experience. I was able to get several procedures done the same day and did not have to wait weeks or months to get a follow -up appointment. Keep up the good work👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 COMPLETELY OPPOSITE to the office located at 12761 Moreno Beach Dr Suite 103, Moreno Valley, CA 92555, this office is a complete disaster, they need to.get their act together 👎🏻👎🏻. I was very disappointed.
