Clean rooms, well stocked and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with minor issue with remote which needed batteries - it was taken care of immediately.

Only stayed a night. When checking in the rep was amazing! Loved her and wish her the absolute best. She was knowledgeable and kind. This morning my wife went to go extend the stay one night as we are both exhausted and needed more rest. The rep that was working this morning was rude to my wife and felt the need to be repetitive with her instead of listening to why she was confused. I went in to see why the change and rudeness and she was also rude to me and got repetitive. I finally told her she isn’t listening to my question or answering it there was no need to be rude. I will just check out. I loaded our things up and went to check out. She was rude again. I just waited til she said I was all checked out and left. I will not be returning. This was not professional at all. Also the sheets were covered in black stains the chairs had stains and holes and the shower was always cold water no matter which direction you had the knob. I’m hoping to get into contact with the owner as this wasn’t okay. I know you get what you pay for but the rudeness wasn’t necessary. Customer service skill were severely slacking.

We didn't get there till late but the night staff were very friendly and helpful got to watch them handle a difficult customer and they handled it well the rooms are clean parking lots are clean parking lots are quiet they do need cigarette butt cans but God is good

If I could I would give them negative stars. Our trip was canceled so I tried to get my money back and cancel my reservation. they said I couldn't get a refund because I went through booking.com, paid $150 dollars to not even stay there. Id go somewhere else
