Very disappointed right now. A week ago I had an accident and broke 3 ribs and got a lung infection. Was told to go to ER, which o did. Informed my PCP of the results of my CT. Got absolutely no response from her about how I was doing, was I okay Nothing I had to ask about pain medication 3 times without return call or message ER prescribed me Percocet. Enough for 7 days. Trust me when I say the intense unbearable pain from 3 broken ribs and a lung infection. I received no help except a message from her nurse telling me to take actomenaphen. Nothing else. No he are doing, how bad is the pain, do you need anything, not one single word from my provider about my condition. Doesn't make me feel at all like I'm a patient. Seems to feel like I'm more of a burden and swept under the rug. Looking for new provider now, someone with heart. All the rest of my care team checks up on me, see how I'm doing and offer help if needed. Not Dr. Mani.

The SRVA clinic has been badly hampered by Covid19. It’s my fervent hope face to appointments can restart soon. These people are over the top!!

Great service and friendly staff. As baby boomers are aging the needs have increased dramatically. Even though lobby is often full the wait times are reasonable. Kudos to the staff and doctors for making it work as well as it does. I order medications online and they are mailed promptly.

I have nothing to say but Great things about the this clinic and the VA in general. The coffee is the real kicker! They make you feel at home!

You go down further one more street past the va clinic to the VSO and they will answer all of your questions
Yes
I checked with my doc last week and she said it's coming but they haven't started taking appointments yet.
The best place for immediate help is the SFVA Hospital. Once you are enrolled I n VA healthcare there is an urgent care center on Dutton that veterans can use.
Go to the clinic & bring your ID card, if you don't have one, then bring your DD214
No, but there signs outdoor that list A.A meetings.
