my dogs run around here a lot. not too many homeless people. just the right about, they're not in the way. my only issue is people taking their children (under 10 years old... READ THE SIGNS) into the dog park area. my border collie does not like very small children and I feel like people should follow the rules. thank you hilliard Comstock northwest community dog park. I enjoy the park regardless. thank you again

I practice disc golf here! There is tons of space to work with, park for kids, bike park, great trail, dog park, and VERY well maintained. Great place to get active and get outside!

The people and pets we met here were really nice, my wife and I like it when. Owners are attentive to dog behavior. The park itself was decent size. Google maps doesn't take you to this place so look up Northwest Community Park for parking direction and then it's a short walk. There was no a whole lot of amenities here. Gates are broken so make sure that you use the chain or dogs can get out.

It's a decent dog park. The off-leash play area is perhaps a bit smaller than the one at Galvin Park and when I have been there it's less busy than the one at Doyle Park. But, it's OK. It is at least convenient when I have to be on the west side of town. There is a supply of doggy waste bags plus they have scoopers. People that use this play area seem pretty good at picking up after their dogs. There are a couple benches. No shade, which I guess could be a touch on the less pleasant side in the summer. But overall not a bad dog park.
