Please be aware the doctors in the office have an appointment cancellation policy, if you cancel 3x then you cannot make another appointment to see a doctor! Believe or not the doctors WILL refuse to see you as a patient.

My husband was diagnosed with CDK stage IV, he had to get this test done immediately. I made an appointment for him with one of the three doctors at 902 Quentin Road for 2:00 in the afternoon. He took time off from work, (he works in the evening). He arrived at 1:45 and waited until approximately 3:00. He left without seeing a doctor. I called the doctors office and was told by the office secretary that a new patient waits 2 to 3 hours to see a doctor. I was never told this at the time I made the appointment nor was he informed when he arrived for the appointment and signed in. How is a new patient to know this if you don't tell him?NYU shame on you!!!! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable, 2 to 3 hours? This why my husband refuses to see ANY doctor in Brooklyn. They should be held to the same professionalism as we have experienced in Manhattan. In Manhattan, we make an appointment, we see the doctor within 25 to 30 minutes, if not, someone informs us that the doctor is delayed and we either reschedule or wait. That is how you treat an NYU patient.

I actually love my mother's doctor, and had an amazing experience. very comfortable, clean, the nurses there are SUPERB. the only complaint i have is with one of the receptionists. she has a terrible attitude, gives off these nasty vibes and is very unhelpful. i also hear her gossiping and cursing about the other staff members. I still recommend this place, but they should really consider replacing the receptionist. nobody wants to be greeted by someone like that, especially when you are a cancer patient.

My father went through chemo treatment here. He's been visiting every two weeks for chemo infusions and follow-ups. The nurses from the infusion unit were very encouraging and helpful. He felt that they did everything to make his experience positive. Every visit he was checked in on time, had a comfortable and private space for the procedure with his nurse available at all times. I accompanied my father twice and was impressed with the facility and kindness and professionalism of the infusion unit nurses. Thank you for taking care of my dad!
