He wastes no time in his effort to pinpoint the problem and gets right to work on the solution. Compassion, empathy, patience, knowledge, thorough explanations, stellar credentials, genuine concern and an overall sense of hope and optimism is what Dr. Vik and his team are all about. I can finally get through the day without potent analgesics, sleep without sedatives and no longer fear a lifetime of pain.

I'd give a 5 or 6 star since this is a very comfortable and caring center. But last time they trained a new nurse on me and she didn't know how to put in the infusion and gave me a horrible and painful (!) experience. I hope to not have this issue again. Otherwise, this is a great place and the old nurse is extremely helpful and caring . Highly recommend!!

Incredible staff and facility. I highly recommend this infusion center, the doctors care about your wellbeing, and the facility is comfortable, clean and new. Couldn't think of a better place to get my medication administered.
