I was second in line waiting to purchase a copy of my house key when an employee asked the person behind me if wanted to be helped. I told the employee that I was next in line. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I just left the store. I won't be patronizing that establishment ever again.

Was accused of using a counterfeit bill last week when trying to buy mulch for my back yard. It was a 2006 series bill with all watermarks in tact and the proper color changing ink. I have worked in cash handling businesses my entire life, as well as dealing with cash pick up from la Garuda. I am trained in counterfeit bill identification because it has been part of every job I’ve ever had. I rung up at the counter and handed the employee my bill. Because it wasn’t glowing “bright enough” under the UV light, the employee announced in front of customers and employees that my bill is fake and needed to leave. When I tried to get him to show me, he refused and handed the bill back. After being utterly embarrassed, I left. While sitting in the car, I checked my bill. Right down to the size of the margins. It is NOT a fake. I marched back in and went over the bill with the person who helped me, who kept talking at me that my bill was fake. When I asked for a manager, he sat with a smug look on his face. Until. In fact, the manager proceeded to tell him it was REAL and that they had to accept it. However I was refused an apology for being accused of using a counterfeit bill. That they GAVE BACK TO ME which is illegal anyways. You must confiscate counterfeit bills, and report it. They handled the situation completely wrong. This place has always given me nothing but poor customer service. I’ve been followed around while shopping, but this was the last straw.

They have what ya need unless what you need is propane. The one lady always refuses the do the propane and comes up with some lame excuse. Today she just straight said “we can’t do propane today” why? I don’t know, didn’t bother to ask cause I knew she wasn’t gonna help. Boo on them.
