I hope that this gets the attention that it requires in order to fix the customer service issue.. Most are very nice, especially during breakfast, but during afternoon a person there must hate her job so much that she feels like constantly being rude or short with customers.

Very rude lady today. I always use the app. She literally told me she did already gave me the order and then said that she does not have it. Then after having to ask for it 3 times and tell the number on the screen, she finally finds it. Most staff are good but this lady is one of the worst McDs employees I've seen. Send her to the back, especially if she is a shift manager. People like this should not be in front of customers.

Ordered three frozen drinks listed as $1.65 on the drive-thru reader board, so the total should've been $4.95. Instead I was charged $5.25. Not a huge difference, but when I asked, the young woman said I should never rely on the prices listed because they're always wrong. Um........what??

Barbie Dice-E-Fraguadas

Ordered on line, mobile app. Waited 15 minutes for the pickup order to come through so I could get curbside delivery. No notice. Went through drive thru, told them I had a mobile order. They informed me that they never got the order. Could not process with out an order number. I don't have an order number, that's the problem. Needed to reorder. What a hassle.
