I was very disappointed with the running of this office and the lack of thorough examination from the doctor. In the waiting room the reception staff were cold, abrupt and not clear when they communicated. They charged a service charge to use a credit card, but there was no mention or posting of this. When I was waiting for the doctor the door across the room I was in was open. I could see a half dressed man being examined. This was very uncomfortable for me. The room that I was in was not clean. I could see dust bunnies and other debris. Examination paper was ripped and dirty used paper left on the examination table. When the doctor examined me he was extremely distracted. I had a few issues to address, but felt rushed not cared for and neglected.This was very different from the visit I had before with him. It's sad, unfortunate and inappropriate to get this type of treatment.

I am a patient of Dr. Eliot Gathan for more than ten years. Over that period of time Dr.Gathan treated many of problems with my skin which I have due to the sun exposure. Dr. Gathan has a huge experience in the field of dermatology. He is a very high level professional. He is also a very caring and attentive person. When the tests he performs show some abnormalities, Dr.Gathan calls himself and suggests an appropriate treatment. I am very thankful to Dr. Gathan for the fast and efficient solutions. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The time of appointment can be always accommodated. I have recommended Dr. Gathan to my family members and friends.

So had a skin condition that landed me the hospital twice. I have seen at least 6 dermatologist included on located at a major hospital.
