Personally I have that plan and they accepted it
I believe they do. They are open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday till 1pm. They are opened till 8 or 9 p.m. on Mondays
They speak Spanish
I'm not sure so I'll call the office on Monday to double check. He's only in on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursday.
