Very pleased with the professionalism and delicacy of Khrom Aesthetics. I was very nervous to start my beauty/cosmetic journey but luckily I landed in the great hand of nurse Lana. She is very sweet; took her time to a explain things Thoroughly and calmly. Not pushy at all and likes to work safely by starting thing to a point that’s comfortable. I’m extremely pleased with my neurotoxin and now moving on to fillers! The office is up to date and modern. As a new patient I was able to complete all my forms before the appointment through a link that was sent to me via text. They are very transparent with their prices and always have sale and promotions going on.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The office is a clean, chic and relaxing space. The office staff is beyond sweet, always take the time to listen no matter how busy they are, literally from my first phone call ..... so well organized!! The providers themselves ——well, I can't say enough.... compassionate, truly kind & caring throughout the entire process!! I felt really comfortable during all of my treatments — they made sure I was aware of each step of the process as it happened and answered all of my questions along the way! Amazing experience and hands down one of the best places in NYC.
