Bait & switch after reserving a sendan. No sedans on the lot. They told me to call around to their other branches. Refused to pick me up (7 mins away) or even drive me to the next branch I had to research (10 mins away)

i am planning a trip here. my partner is planning to come later at night on a different flight. could i be listed as the primary drive, and in the event she wants to be put on, could she do it, for example, five days later??

Hey John, these boards are covered by local google guides and not by Enterprise. Please call them directly as they will most likely not reply here. From personal experience when using a debit card after returning a rental it takes time in my case about 7 days to get my money back. Thats why its good to use a credit card as its only a hold not a transaction.
