I booked a car at Hertz Nanuet and arrived to pick up the vehicle only to be told that they don't have any vehicles available. Nevertheless, they still charged me for the collision damage because "that can not be refunded after the pick-up time!" But why are you charging me for collision coverage if I'm not leaving your lot with a rental vehicle?

I was a little concerned for this rental because I initially rented through the Middletown, NY office and then was told by Hertz I had to pick up the car in the Nanuet NY office. Roshane the Manager of the Nanuet office was both professional and courteous, he provided the vehicle we needed at the agreed upon price and ensured we were satisfied with the entire experience. I would certainly rent from Roshane in the Nanuet office again.
