Do Not patronize this business until ownership changes from Ken Sullivan. I understand that he has sold the business. I drove 65 miles for an instrument appraisal and ken Sullivan took a cursory glance at my instrument and declared that he was not familiar with the maker and that he couldn’t help me. Abhorrent customer service. The greeter at the shop did not introduce herself. I will never do business with Ken Sullivan. I did call ahead Forman appointment and told the shop who tue maker of my instrument is. Unacceptable in every way.

All staff wear masks, take a Covid screening each day and practice social distancing. Common areas and surfaces are sanitized daily. A partition separates customers from the cashier. We also request appointments to spread out traffic flow. We have a large store area and have installed ventilation to bring in fresh outside air. Sullivan Violins also employs a hospital grade air filter.
