I called to get info on coming in for a notary and the person who answered (of course didn’t announce her name when she answered) the phone was RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish it could have been recorded. The woman that answered clearly could not be bothered from the second she answered. Dry and zero personality. I asked what days the notary is there and she relied “yes”. I said “Im sorry? I’m asking what days are they there.” She RUDELY replied “ok well you asked me if they’re here and I said yes.” Nasty attitude!! She ought to be in the back doing something else where she does NOT interact with the public… PERIOD.

I’ve been going to this store for a few years and had problems (customer service, long wait, inaccurate info). This was my best visit. The line was out the door but one agent came and helped people in line while another agent took return packages. Shout out to Javarius for his excellent service. So glad to see things getting better at this UPS store.

There’s always a long line at the store don’t come here if you’re in a rush. I’ve just been dealing with it because the location is convenient but today I needed to print something and found out that they added on a $4.50 charge just to use their dusty old computer in the corner to print things. Most UPS places charge $.10-$.20 per page and will print it out for you behind the counter.
