I don’t normally leave reviews, but I needed to take a few minutes to express my experience with AmeriSave Mortgage and the entire team that worked with me. I’ve recently refinanced for a home equity loan 99% virtually with the convenience of never leaving my home. The entire process was done electronically with the aid of an awesome Loan Originator/Agent, Brittlynn Holmes. Working with Brittlynn at AmeriSave Mortgage has made refinancing for a home equity loan a painless and seamless experience! I recall refinancing my home back in year 2010 and it was a tedious and arduous experience. I must confess, I was very hesitant this time and didn't want to endure the same experience. Personally, the most difficult part of refinancing was accumulating and compiling of all necessary documents. Since then, most all of the process in its entirety has been automated to include signing all of documents. Mr. Holmes worked with me very closely every step of the way by assisting me with every question and all of my concerns. His follow up and responses were immediate and very helpful. They strung me out for 4 months “ everything is perfect !” They said! Kept asking for more and more pay records, Tax records, and bank statements. I also paid the $500.00 The agent said we’re going to close real soon! Eventually they arranged for closing on February 19th four months from my first contract with Adam Seger. Only to be told on the 18th February it’s all off!! With all the $500.00 people have paid their now advertising on TV saying how great they are!! CON ARTISTS!!!!
They probably won't call you back. they have a hard time even with a simple email. this company is a joke and they may have stolen 690 dollars from me for an appraisal i don't need
Yes!!! I firmly believe they are a scam company just taking peoples $500 and never intend on closing! How can we get our money back? Can we file a lawsuit I wonder?
It's normal taking 2 month's on a closing !! It's Worth it for the savings !! On 1 refi I saved 74,000 it's worth it !! U need to continue pushing communication and patience !! So u want to cancel cause not quick ENOUGH or no patience !! So u want ur 500 back really !! If it took 90 day's to save u should be happy LMBO patience Kevin

You have to call the office of where you loan officer worked. Presidents can't help with a loan application. It would be the loan's officer place of business or organization.
I wrote a letter to the CEO... crickets.

Stay away from them. I am a seller of a house and the buyer was using them and they are horrible. They will string you along and never close. They will change the fees and up them last minute so they can get more money from them
I'm not being paid by google but I highly recommend using google voice or something similar when you are shopping. Never use your real phone number. The moment you put in info on one of those loan sites it gets sent to EVERYONE. Even when you're just slightly curious use a temp phone. These guys are relentless and will do anything under the sun to get money from you. Do this for any quote you request! Shipping, moving, auto loan, do this everywhere!
I dont see that as predatory lending practice, it's competing for business. Just because you have a potential customer qualified, does not obligate them to be your customer, nor does it forbid other institutions from offering alternatives. Either learn to compete or fail as a business. You sound like a whiner.
No they don't. It's an online sevice but they work from a building in Buckhead.
There are always closing costs, but you can choose to pay them upfront or roll them into the loan. Always compare the Loan Estimate from different mortgage companies.
Just asked the question. No answers yet. The man that helped me on the phone yesterday was very informative. I find it hard to believe that this company is not a reputable company. Examples of situations would be appreciated. We really need their help, but don't want to go through with a company that is not good. Thanks
