Good open campsite on USFS land. Suitable for a small trailer or RV. Watch out on weekends, because the Monastery trailhead fills up with hikers and they will overflow here. Most are polite enough not to block you in, but my neighbor did have issues. The better (and more isolated) sites are down the hill from the main site.

Pretty crowded, hard to find a spot. There aren’t that many spaces off the road so we ended up having to camp elsewhere

Beautiful views, close to the trailhead to the Monastery, decent amount of space. Definitely going to come more often it's a beautiful area. Please help keep this area clean, pack it in pack it out
