Everyone was very helpful before we arrived and while we were at the dealership. The after care is not as great. There was additional documentation that was needed the next morning that I provided, but never got any confirmation that it was received. Then, last night (13 days later) they contacted at my husband's number, who is not on any paperwork, stating there was yet another document that should have been signed about the odometer while we were at the dealership, but was not ever presented for me to sign. I'm hoping there isn't anything else that is going to pop up unexpectedly...

Staff was very helpful in getting the vehicle we wanted put up for sale, swapping rental vehicles and making the process as simple as possible.

Chris Lilly and Andre really looked out for me. They treated me with the upmost respect and integrity. So thankful that I chose Enterprise.

First off Daunte was fantastic. He knew our budget and was happy to work within our price range. The SALES MANAGER however, he was pushy and downright insulting. We told him our budget was $15,000, and he TOLD us (not asked if we wanted to, told us) that we were going to take a test drive in a near $20,000 car, instead of the $15,000 Focus we were interested in, and proceeded to tell me and my wife that we could take on a second job doing Doordash to afford the car payments. Because then the car would pay for itself (Except for the fact that doing doordash would put a lot of miles on the car quickly which would then cause the car to depreciate even faster)! Telling potential customers to take a second job to afford a car is so incredibly insulting and demeaning. No car is worth getting a second job to afford the payments, certainly not a 2020 Nissan Sentra. I get that sales people work off of commission but to so blatantly disrespect our hard budget and to suggest us get another job? He crossed a line. Thankfully we found a dealership up the road that was more than happy to work within our budget.
