Expensive and no one answers the phone the last month or two. Plus if it ever goes out it takes multiple days to come fix or move something. There’s lines all up in the ditch just strung about Big Sky Dr in Hiawassee. Been like that for two years. Save yourself a headache and get emc. I’m signing up for T-Mobile Home as it’s better than this junk.

Extremely upset at what just happened. I get an email stating I’m eligible for an upgrade from 10 to 25 Mb. I receive a text setting up an appointment for a technician to come out to do the upgrade. I free up the day as I don’t receive the 2 hour window notification until 8:12am the day of the appointment. All of this just so the tech can get here and tell me there is no upgrade for me, there are no available pins to increase my speed. What a waste of my time. I guess they can get away with this since they are the only provider here.

Patty Rowe sales and Karl Gibbs did great work to help a 97 year old customer He lost phone service on Sunday before Labor day I called the automated service and they said Thursday I called Patty on Tuesday she got Karl Gibbs the service technician to come out and repair. He was also very kind. Also to note the customer does not have a cell phone. I hope high management will recognize these great employees.

Was told my bill would only be a certain amount; then got sent a bill that was 3 times as much!!! Horrible customer service!!! Patty at Blairsville office will not return my calls! Can’t get through to customer service.
