First time I had good experience. Kitfo was good and I only washed my hand outside the bathroom, there was soap but no hand towel. I have no major complaint the first day 2nd visit was on Ethiopian New Year 9/11/24 * The sign says "wait to be seated", respectfully so, we stood up by the door and no one was there to greet us. Then we walked to the counter and the waitress said "sit over there!' Oh wow ....we should have left then, we make a mistake ** The owner was very rude to where he was talking over us (not trying to listen at all), and pointing his dirty finger all over the menu and telling what to order instead. We told him we understand Amharic, where that didn't even help to ease up his attitude. I ordered Kitfo, Lamb Tibs and Doro Wot. Kitfo was good but we asked for mitmita and she dropped almost empty bottle. The Lamb tibs was over done and seemed like to be old and the onions were burnt to where we stopped eating it. The Doro Wot was not great but it was ok. We order more than three main dished and they gave us two cuts of enjera. We asked for more and the waitress was not happy. very surprising to us. We told the waitress about the poor service. She said "I don't know' No one come to ask if we are enjoying the food nor we need to get more something. We had to walk to the counter for someone to respond. Service was poor from the owner down Then the owner came to our table and dropped the bill without any eye contact. *** Bathroom - the men and women bathroom are next to each other where the men urinal and the women bathroom share a wall. The urine was dripping into the woman bathroom from two tubes on the wall, and I had to tip toe to wash my hand. Guess what no soap nor hand towel. I went outside to wash my hand, there was water but no soap nor hand towel. People can get seriously sick from eating at this restaurant, if not already

The vegan foid was not good at all. When we talked to the manager or I believe he is the owner he was very defensive. Instead of trying to figur out what was wrong with the food. Terrible customer service.

I ordered pickup and it was the most unprofessional experience I've had in a restaurant. The person handling the front was on the phone talking to a friend and didn't even greet me. There was literally no one in the restaurant at the time and the least I could've gotten was a HELLO. To top that off, the food wasn't that great. I personally wouldn't recommend this Ethiopian restaurant. If you follow me, find the other restaurant I reviewed and go there.

I went there to eat I stand by the door to be seated waited for 15 minutes they have table open I can see that they are not completely busy, they could have say give us a minute will be right with you instead they keep looking at as and not bother to seat us or say something. We left I don't I will go there again.
