Stopped into this salon today for the first time. I wanted to talk about some pricing and was greeted by a woman that was busy texting on her phone to even acknowledge me at all when I walked in. When she finally asked to help me, I told her I was looking for pricing. She grabbed a pricing flyer and then proceeded to AGAIN start texting on her phone ignoring me. I’m so sorry that your business can’t be bothered by potential new clients. It’s a shame that you allow your staff to do this. If this employee doesn’t want to do the job then maybe she should look elsewhere.

Had my hair appt with Katie (sorry if i misspelled). She was very professional, friendly & she cut my hair exactly how I asked. Which isn't easy with curly hair. Looking forward to returning. Super nice environment.
