All the people who are praising the staff must be staff’s family and friends. If you have coloured skin make sure don’t go to this store. Hope some training will be offered to staff for better customer service. Especially not to scream to disappointed customer on phone after looking at online review. Please also advise staff not to search customers on social media especially on LinkedIn as customers get alerts 🤓🤓

Bryn is the ONLY reason I would ever rent from Enterprise again. She is a gem and literally saved my family vacation! I had a horrible experience with the Pine Ridge location in Naples who less than 24 hours before my pickup time called to tell me they didn’t have the car that I reserved four months prior. I called corporate and they reserved me a car at this location the evening before pickup. Bryn called me at 7:57am (let me remind you that this location doesn’t open until 9am) to tell me that she doesn’t have the van that we needed and gave me some options. I told her I had to talk to the rest of the family before I could make a decision, but that I would get back in touch with her. She worked ALL morning trying to find a vehicle that would work for my family. She went above and beyond and I am SO grateful for her as she found us just what we needed!

Depends at what time you checked it out and what time you return it.
They charged me up front on the card I gave them to keep on reccord. As far as I know, you can just drop the car off after hours and leave the keys in the box. The only charge you should get after drop off would be due to condition of car, or for gas. I chose to return empty and have them fill up because they actually charged less for fuel than the gas station. You obviously do still have the option to return with what gas it had when you left with the car as well.

Be careful, Enterprise lies. I rented from RSW , I was told the minimum was a week due to the Hurricane last August, I only needed the car for 5 days and was told I could return it to a satellite office. They still charged me for 7 days and refused to pick me up and bring me back as the commercial promises.
