Absolutely disgusted with the way Christianne and the way she treated me in store this past Tuesday. I came in hoping to speak with Karlei and unfortunately she wasn’t there. I had a simple question about when I was eligible to upgrade again. Christianne tried to tell me she was the manager of the store and that karlei no longer was there. She also told me I have no reason to upgrade and demanded that if I wanted a new phone to go to Walmart or dollar general. I waited until the following day and when I came in karlei was there as I knew she was still employees and helped me upgrade my phone. I let her know the false rumors her employee is spreading about her. This is something AT&T needs to get under control. Who turns business away?

Christian and Carley at the Wysox AT&T store are absolutely amazing! So friendly, super helpful and extremely patient. I forgot I had to unfreeze my credit and they politely waited for me to do that. I never felt like I was being rushed out, even when it was past closing time and we weren't completely finished yet. Being my first time with AT&T, I am extremely impressed! Five stars and 2 thumbs up for these two wonderful employees!! Highly recommend!!!

I bought a att radiant max . The phone quit charging after a couple months . I took it into the store they had me call the warranty dept . The warranty department informed me that I have to pay $182 to get a replacement phone The phone sells for $95 in the store and on the website ATT are the biggest scammers out there I will never buy another one of their phones and I'm nowvswitchung carriers Thanks for your horrible customer service

I had a great experience in this store with Chrissi. She went the extra mile with helping me upgrade (I usually avoid the stores and do it online) and purchase a few extra items that she recommended and honestly, I am not sure how I did without. Thank you Chrissi!!!
