I enjoyed my facial done by Rose. Very relaxing and the shoulder massage was an added bonus! I had a lot of tension in my face and the next day it now feels so much better. Overall the facial was better than one I had done at a regular spa, and the price can’t be beat!

They treat the students awful and are money hungry. I stuffer from a few disabilities and weren’t working with me at all towards helping me create a game plan on everything that could help.

Worst customer service experience!!! First of all my student couldn't even introduce herself. Secondly, the instructor, Cassandra same thing. Was too busy to introduce herself ( place was extremely dead ) and was extremely rude when I asked her if my student could receive additional help from one of her peers, because I had been at this time sitting for 4+ hours for a retouch and highlights! She told me none was available, maybe because they all were too busy sitting on their phones including her! When I left not only was my shirt soaking wet ( I had to refuse a blowout and a haircut due to a time restraint ) I had a face full of color and my hair turned out more orange then blonde!!! None ever apologized to me or tempted to fix the issue! Please don't waste your money and especially your time!!!
