My father is currently and has been waiting for 9 hours to get into a room after being told to go there. That is ridiculous and shows how little they care about treatment of patients. Cleveland Clinic that is unacceptable and ridiculous. No patient, let alone an 75 year old man should be left waiting for that long to be seen. Figure it out and fix it. Maybe if you don’t have enough rooms or staff you should advise patients on where to go instead of just letting them rot in a hallway.

I have ulcerative colitis and have been in a flare up for a long time now.. and hillcrest hospital staff has been absolutely amazing to me...from all the nurses, nurses aids and doctors in the ER..then the nurses,nurses aids and doctors, kitchen and cleaning staff once i got on a floor and in a bed, and i want especially shout out Catherine G for helping me with the little things like helping me put on my gown and keeping everything so perfectly tidy along with great conversations those are the little things that really matter when ur not feeling well ❤️🙏🥰5/5 hillcrest -thank you

Alexis was my nurse and she was amazing and Jaclyn was my was my PA they were amazing I was here for 7 hours but the amazing care I got far outweighed the time I spent. They were extremely busy and people were starting to get rude to the nurses but they handled it with grace. The ct scan people were amazing as well.

There are two dining options at Hillcrest Hospital: Cafeteria Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. Hillcrest Bistro Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Weekends and holidays: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Well, it's a real hospital and we are very diverse! I would suggest reaching out to whomever sent it, if interested!

There is no time
You can park in the garage (it's free) or use valet parking. You can enter into hospital thru the Atrium entrance or the ER entrance which is directly opposite the garage. At the ER entrance, there is a reception desk that will direct to the Surgery Center sign in. If you enter via the Atrium, you will see the sign in desk on your right thru the glass wall as you enter the building. If you use the valet service there is a reception desk as you enter the building. I hope that this helps and I wish you the best.
There is a Free Parking Garage on West Side of Hospital. Also an open lot on West Side of Hospital. Valet Service available for a modest fee in front of Medical Office Building Northwest Entrance.
