This store needs a sign saying where you need to go for returns. Super frustrating waiting at the service desk to be told that you need to go in the checkout line for returns. Especially as I watched 5 people get in the checkout line while I was waiting to "do my return." That's really annoying.

I got a Sewing machine for Mother’s Day. My daughter paid $179 for the machine not on sale. I really didn’t like it so I took it back and got another one that was a little more I paid $40 extra not on sale. After I got it home it was really complicated so I took it back and at that time the machines were on sale. I only received $130 they charged me $25 restocking fee and gave me the sale price well I didn’t buy them when they were on sale. I am 60 years old and on Social Security they didn’t leave me enough to go get another machine and I don’t think that’s right.

I will never again shop at Joannes locally or online after an associate was completely rude and ignorant to my 11-year-old daughter. They had just announced that they were now closed and to bring any items we wished to purchase to the front of the store. Her and I were in two separate aisles she had just called me to locate me so we could checkout and throughout the store i hear a very unkind unprofessional unhappy employee yell “were closed!!! I hear what I think is my daughters soft meek voice. As I near i hear her say I’m waiting for my mom. The associate again very loudly extremely snotty repeats herself “were closed”. NEVER In my almost 40 years of life have I ever been treated or talked to in that manner that While in a place of business and they have closed while there. Completely unprofessional and rude. Never again my money obviously isn’t good enough at joannes facric stores

A neat, organized store with lots of selections. I brought in a couple of clothing items that I wanted to recreate and they helped me figure out how much fabric I'll need. It was a serious blessing to have their expertise! I came in for fabric today, but they have much more crafting supplies! I've gotten blue-light glasses and hole punches and different kinds of paper goods there as well.
