I called ahead to sell a piece of cardio equipment and received a range for what I might receive before I hauled it to the store. True to their word, after seeing the machine, they gave me a price at the top end of that range. I was impressed with Brian's friendliness and professionalism. I ended up buying a used piece of equipment of a different type from them for what I thought was a reasonable price. I love my "new" machine.
