They do have organic whole husk psyllium. Not sure about wheat bean. Best bet to get that is in bulk at Sharp Shopper, really cheap!

I believe so. They have 1 dedicated aisle for vitamins and natural supplements. Some of the more expensive items are at pharmacy counter however the pharmacy is closed on Sundays. The remainder of the store is open.
Not sure. But maybe by the pharmacy they might.
