We do not offer a personal trainer service, instead we offer PE@PF – a series of focused fitness training sessions led by certified instructors that is designed to help members become familiar with the equipment and build a training plan. individual to follow at your own pace. PE@PF sessions are held in small groups, are free to our members, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hi Jeffrey! Members who are 15 to 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file. After that, you can visit any time on your own. If you have any questions, please feel free to call and speak to a staff member. Thank you!

A 13 year ild musy be accompanied by an adult at all times. Upon sign up pripper id is required for the adult. Also, drivers license will be fine. For her an id is preffered not required. There will be a waiver for you, the minor and one for you consenting that your child take the risks of working out. Black card members can bring a guest upon every visit, but only one per visit, use the massage chairs, tanning beds and any location worldwide. There is also a perk for biting drinks as well. Whit card members can use the facility. If i recall correctly the guest fee at yhat point would be $20 dollars. So in your case a black card might be best. Also, each visit will earn you points toward free things. Any other questions may be directed to a phone call.
