Upon request, we can provide you with the required paperwork for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement of out-of-network mental health therapy services. It is your responsibility to submit the required paperwork to your insurance company for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for our services.

Compassionate Therapy Center accepts all major credit cards, and payment is due at the time service is provided. If your insurance has any out-of-network benefits for therapy, we can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Compassionate Therapy Center is considered an “out-of-network” provider. This means that if your insurance has any out-of-network benefits for therapy, your sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, depending on your policy. Upon request, we can provide you with the required paperwork for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement of out-of-network mental health therapy services. It is your responsibility to submit the required paperwork for obtaining any reimbursement from your insurance company. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will agree to reimburse you for our services. To find out if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, please contact your insurance company.

Many of our clients live or work in Pentagon City, Crystal City, Aurora Highlands, Arlington Ridge, Potomac Yard, Del Ray, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and Washington, DC.  We also see clients via tele-health throughout Virginia and Washington, DC, as well as abroad.
