Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village/Port St. Lucie

Beautiful building & location, needs TLC. Pool gate keypad batteries were dying and instead of replacing them, we were advised to reach in and open from inside. No problem, but it didn't feel like "Hilton". Breakfast ordered off of a menu inside hotels restaurant (same place as free breakfast) was great! We enjoyed pool & jacuzzi as well.

This hotel was not understanding with the hurricane and in general at all. We were supposedly "1 hour passed checkout time" to get a refund for the room and the hotel would not let us check out. Was not even offered a late check out fee. Dogs barking through the night. One key card constantly not working even after it was "fixed" by the front desk. Bad customer service. Would not recommend.

This is a very nice Hilton. I stayed here while supporting the storm restoration effort by FPL and was pleased. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are large with easy walk-in showers and the parking is ample & easy. Also quick access to I-95 to get on the road quickly in the AM. I would stay here again. Thanks
