The belt from my mower deck popped off of my tractor right before leaving for vacation. The guys asked me to bring it down so they could get a look at it to see if it was anything major. I got there pretty close to their quitting time, but without hesitation, had no problem giving it a quick look. They recognized that the belt just popped off, and put the belt back on after they could have easily left for the day, and looked at it the next day. I appreciate the men staying a little after hours to put me back in business. I was able to complete my yard work before going away, and didn’t have to worry. These are true professionals, who take great pride in taking care of their customers. In todays world of customer service, folks like these stand far and above many places you may come across. I highly recommend this location, for all who are looking to expand on tools and equipment. They’ll get you right.

I had a great experience with Southern York Turf & Tractor. I called for general maintenance service and Bobby was courteous, professional, and super helpful. He got me in immediately, stating he would work me in around other jobs. I'm new to owning a JD and needed to find a local dealer. I called other JD dealers and I was told they were scheduled "months out" and not helpful at all. Southern York Turf & Tractor has made me a customer for life! Five Stars!!
