Went in to look at the library which is incredible, but they also have a few exhibits that are worth checking out as well. Definitely a must see if you're exploring Mount Vernon.

No, there is not. This is a historic library that has books dating back hundreds of years. Visitors are only allowed on the ground floor and cannot check books out.

You only have access to the first floor but it's still worth the trip.
I used the spot hero app and parked in a lot a few blocks away. Check the library web site for the hours. I went on a Saturday morning and they closed at 1 pm.
