The hotel was clean and nice. Was upset that we booked a double bed room and when we got there, they said they didn't have any double beds left, so we got a king bed suite. However it left my kid on a recliner. Also had to put $100 deposit down that I was supposed to get back the next day, and have yet to recieve it. Would love someone to contact me about this issue.

I stayed a few months back and the staff was very helpful and sweet. They were very accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, it could be updated though. Everyone was willing to help with any questions I had with a smile.

Positive: Nice location! Negative: Hotel was over booked so total waste of time. The staff was unprofessional and failed to even greet us after standing there over 10mins. She proceeded to hold a conversation with another about breeding dogs and pretended as if we wasn't even there.

I have been here for ,10 months. Since I have been here, no more cleaning of my room. No more first continental breakfast. Yes, I said no more cleaning of my room. Cockroaches everyday Fruit flys as well. Garbage removed every couple of days. Staff is in charge. Not customer service. I used to stay here as a treat for my kids... 😭 It was great two years ago. They routinely say no vacancy while running at around 60 percent capacity. So... No cleaning for long term stay overs, no breakfast as still advertised, I was a night auditor at a motel. I wish I could warn everyone else to stay clear. Also, I cannot find any info. On ownership. ..
