0 stars. Warning! Don't have door installation done at Lowes. I had a bad installation (including wrong measurements) and have contacted Lowes for almost 2 years trying to have the doors re-done. They don't care!

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. My husband and I ordered blinds in the beginning of August and here we are in the middle of October with our blinds still not hung. From the get-go the process makes no sense. We placed our order in the store, was told we'd have to wait for the blinds to arrive before we could setup an installation date. We waited over 2.5 months just for the blinds to arrive at our home and that wasn't without numerous calls to the Timonium store, the corporate Lowes customer service line, the installers, and the manufacturer. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE unless you can install it yourself. In addition to having a run around for months, the management could not care less about our issues. We've been brushed off repeatedly, asked to pay more installation fees for things that weren't initially brought up when we placed our order, and have had to hound multiple people just to get our installation date. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and I'll never buy from this store again.

I've amended my review since Lowes has since made it up to me by installing and delivering my grill. It took longer than I was told, but that's unfortunately the world in which we live.
