I ran my Mustang down the 1/4 mile track about 6 times. I had so much fun hanging out with my friends and testing and tuning our cars. The atmosphere was nice and weather was great out there. Much cooler than in the city. There is a concession stand for food and drinks. There are restrooms, but from what I understand the water system is well water and is not the cleanest. You be the judge when you go. Please support your local track before we lose it again. City will fine you big if caught street racing.

I went there to watch a big shoot out. The parking lot was jam packed full of racecars, big truck/trailers & spectator cars.. And there was even more spectator cars on both sides of the drive way & in the fields. Which was good. The busiest iv seen the racetrack in God knows when. But so many people on the starting line I couldn't see the cars until they shot off the line. The bleachers aren't there for looks. The announcer kept telling everyone to get off the track but they all just ignored him, lol. The bathrooms were out of order. If you needed to go the bathroom there was a long row of porty potties behind/under the bleachers you would have to use. Yuk!!! The people who work there aren't the nicest & kindest to the racers or the public. Just watch the videos on YouTube if you don't believe me. I don't know how this race track has lasted as long as it has. This race track is a joke and doesn't even deserve one star. Lol

On March 24, 2018 I had my second visit ever to a drag strip. The stands here were nice, as were the grounds for the most part, and the concessions food. On the other hand, the bathrooms were not open, the port-a-potties needed to be emptied, and the announcer had to keep telling people to get off the start. I'm new to all this, but that seems like something that shouldn't be happening. All in all we had a good day at the races that could've been better had a few details been taken care of more thoughtfully.
