Worst internet service provider in Virginia. Use anything but this company if you can. Customer service is terrible and they will try charging you hundreds of dollars on top of your monthly bill for any issue, even before you are a customer.

They aren't very knowledgeable, so make sure you have a meeting of the minds. They tend to speak in generalizations, and it's hard to get definitive answers at that location.

Hold set up button on bottom of remote and you should get a code in the to enter, you should get instructions on screen, if not feel free to come get another remote, which has instructions manuel
