Best Western Boerne Inn & Suites

Mold on bathroom doors. Bugs on floor. People next door drunk and fighting all night. No phone in room to call and tell front desk. We got no sleep. Worst Best Western we have ever stayed at! Will be requesting a full refund.

My only complaint was that lobby was smoking hot bcuz air wasn't working on first floor. What a way to greet your guests... Also no pool use, it was closed. But, room was beautifully taken care of and AC was fine. Super nice free breakfast, too! I only stayed bcuz after 15 hrs of driving, we were ready to rest. Great restaurants are nearby, too!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the room had a musty smell to it. We also ran the AC and the room never truly cooled down. The breakfast was tasty and there was a very good variety of food. The pool was great and was even shaded in the evening by the building, which was nice to escape the summer heat.

Staff were very friendly but the hotel was visibly dirty--carpets needed vacuuming & shampooing and the bathroom had not been swept before our arrival. Also, the room smelled strongly of vape and we saw at least one guest with a dog. Has potential but needs lots of cleaning!!
