Had a flat tire, checked in but when I get inside the bay the guy says He has a road call and left me inside at 04:15. Morning shift came, they like don’t care about me and talked to one of them, they say they have 3 road calls so I have to wait. While they were trying to tell me road call is an emergency, the lady took one hour to leave the truck for this road call. It’s a pretty good job if they’re getting paid per hour. And now 08:35 I’m still waiting! Very very bad and poor quality of service!

Decent shower... and I'm being generous when I say that. I've seen better... and I've seen worst. Last person left an unwrapped "gift" in the trash can. Not sure who I'm more upset with... the person who left the gift, unwrapped or the shower attendant who could of just dropped it out of the can. That was the only piece of trash in it to begin with, so... 💁🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ Other than that... Enjoy the hot water and the surface spot clean.

Stopped here to use the restroom. Lots of room to park and the store is huge! They were only accepting cash which was turning a lot of people away. Hopefully it will be fixed soon…

These people clearly don’t understand that time is important for truck drivers. I visited the service department for air in my steer tire. The lady they have working there told me it was going to take 30mins for her to change my tire. I was here for over two hours. Very slow service!

All the ice is bagged at location. Most likely the machine needs to be broken down and cleaned. Make a manager aware of the situation and they can handle it. Most of the time I you tell a cashier it doesn't get back to the managment..
No but you can ask a cashier if you may use the phone. They are always going to allow it unless it's high traffic. But when it slows down they will let you
