No one was there for over 30 minutes, so you would think 1 of the 3 employees could actually help? NOPE. Who is to say they aren't making fake emails and appointments, so they can continue to do nothing? No open appointments for months, no customers in the DMV, yet still refuse to do anything.

There is an older lady that works in this office that is just rude in general. In the way she speaks to customers. She was rude to me because I put my appointment in my phone at the wrong time and ended up coming a few hours earlier then I was supposed to. If it wasn't for the other woman that looked up my name and figured out the right time of appointment, the older lady was going to send me packing. It took me 2 months just to get the appointment I had. I made sure to get 3 year tags just so I won't have to go back for a while.
