Due to dishonest business practices experienced at this locker, misrepresentation, grocery store cut quality, and the rude, unprofessionalism from the new owner and his mother (example can found in the responses written below) of which we also experienced first hand, this business deserves no stars, however google requires 1 star to comment. Our family does NOT recommend this meat locker. Very unprofessional. Nadler's, Kempf's or Heatherington's are a great choice for meat processing.

This was my first year bringing my deer in for processing. Was the best spicy jerky, sticks, I have ever had! I would recommend everyone to bring there deer here and get the spicy cheese. My entire family can't stop eating it.

Bought a side of beef in Oct 2012. Promised grass fed beef. This was not a young pasture raised cow. I have never seen more fat on a piece of beef in my life. Each piece was at least 25-33% fat. The last roast I fixed was closer to 40% fat. And the meat was just sub par. Grocery store meat is better than this, which is not at all what was expected. Won't be taken by this outfit again. My response to yours: We purchased from YOU, not rancher. Your butcher assured grass fed. Would never have purchased otherwise.

Purchased a large quantity of ground beef. Best flavor I've had in years and at a very reasonable price. Also bought a brisket and pork loin and feel confident they will be of the same quality
