The hours and days are different each week. The rink is also melted during the summer. The monthly rink calendar has the times or Open Skate, Freestyle, Stick and Puck, Games, lessons, and other events listed on it. You can find it by going to this link: https://www.usnabsd.com/brigade-sports-complex/ and click on the Ice Rink under "Calendars" which is located on the left side. You can also call them.
