They absolutely ruined my dogs haircut. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and threatening when I asked for a refund because I had to hire another experienced groomer to fix what they did. I’ve spent significant amounts of time on this and also had to pay for another full grooming elsewhere. The other more experienced groomer even reiterated that the level of work was nowhere near professional grooming quality. You can very clearly see the difference in the way of MINIMUM standards for professional grooming. The coat is uneven and chopped up and spots missed while one ear is longer than the other. I am beyond appalled that someone could treat animals like this and also be so entitled. I tipped them quite well and was extremely distressed since the incident. You can see they ran the clippers through the dogs hair so fast they missed spots which is also very painful for them. I’ve been to multiple groomers around Pittsburgh and have never had an incident even remotely like this. There is a severe difference between simply not liking something and causing actual damage which they did. This was not a professional job and it caused issues that needed to be corrected. The owner attacked and harassed me during the process and I was nothing but polite and honest about what happened to me. Some other groomers that I’ve been to and recommend are Shaggy dog, Dog Stop, puppy Paws and Kitty Claws Class. None have ever done this to my dog, never. I have several years of comparison photos.

Absolutely love bringing our dog to the Paw Spa. We've been bringing him here since 2016ish and have always had a wonderful experience. He's a senior dog now, and I always have the utmost confidence he will be taken care of properly. You can tell everyone here from the owner on down really cares for the animals. Our dogs had so much fun and seemed to feel comfortable and happy. The staff were friendly and caring. We had to drop off one of our dogs medications that were newly prescribed and the staff were more than happy to help with giving her the medication. Thanks staff members for taking care of our two girls.
