Now that they are no longer 24 hours, there's no reason to go here anymore. I use to cut them slack for their below average service/selection, but now that they open at 9, its better to just go to another pharmacy.

Please train employees to only address customers as sir and ma'am. The heavy set woman with burgundy hair in a bun on top of her head is addressing customers as honey. This can be very offensive to some customers, this is the way some people speak, BUT you're at work. She walked past me on her way to the checkout counter and says excuse me honey. When I heard her address the customer in front of me as honey twice I put my things back and left. Unlike her I consider others feelings and even put all items back in their respective places

I am done with this location, my patience is gone. Repeatedly waiting in line for prescriptions that aren't getting filled for DAYS after the refill request was sent in is unacceptable. It's not a staffing issue or a supply chain issue (I asked)...it's just sloppy. I just get an indifferent "sorry" when I have asked what the problem is. Waiting for 14 hours to get pain medication after an ER visit a couple of months ago wasn't just a fluke, it seems. It's the default here. Transferring my prescriptions out NOW.

Pharmacy is horrible I have no idea why they take over 3 hours to fill a prescription when privately owned pharmacies with less staff on hand are able to fill my prescription in less than 15-20min My prescription always get called in about 2pm but yet I get told to go to the pharmacy at 5pm (the busiest time) and still have to wait another 30min to an hour. If your wanting to get a prescription filled AS SLOW as possible and you love to have your time wasted get it sent to Walgreens pharmacy.

Generally newspapers, periodicals and other press publications are exempt from state & local sales tax. Not sure why Walgreens charges sales tax. You might contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission for clarifications AND alert Walgreens Oklahoma corporate to respond to your inquiry
